  • Entrepreneurs and their business partners and teams participate together;
  • Expanded network;

  • Average program duration of 2 months;
  • Specific programs for university students with opportunities for integrated training (technical and personal);
  • Attendance of 30 participants per program;
  • Chance to complete three training programs within 6 months.

After 5 years of the Artemisia Expedition – an innovative series of skills-building initiatives for entrepreneurs and university students - Artemisia is now using the acquired knowledge and experience to launch three new training programs.

The goal remains the same: developing entrepreneurial spirit and driving the development of social businesses. However, the new programs have a more flexible format to take into account the hectic pace of entrepreneurs’ lives.

From now on, Artemisia will offer a sequence of social business training programs, as detailed below:

And the best of the Expedition continues! All training programs include people from different backgrounds. Every session creates an environment that fosters dialogue and exchanges among peers, as well as business connections and networking. This helps participants to collaborate and stimulates their creativity to achieve real innovation.

Artemisia’s pedagogical approach encompasses different methodologies. Always jointly developed with specialists, these methodologies reflect the organization’s values, such as, entrepreneurship, learning by doing, and the interaction between diverse people and ideas:

Coaches/mentors
rather than teachers

Open spaces
rather than classrooms

Dialogue sessions
rather than lectures

Case studies from participants
and Artemisia’s entrepreneurs

Focus on developing both the person and the business

Hands-on learning

The new program format allows for a larger number of participants – 30 selected applicants per program – who will experience the full training process from beginning to end. To apply, please click here.

"I’ve realized that ‘Adriana’ and ‘Feira Preta’ were two different entities, rather than a single one. It was a turning point to understand what the business really was, where it was heading, what I wanted from it, and what my mission was. Today, three years after creating Feira Preta, I am able to perceive the complexity behind being an entrepreneur who, almost always, is driven by an extremely personal reason.."
Adriana Barbosa - entrepreneur - Feira Preta
