Coaches

With each new group, Artemisia mobilizes specialists who operate in the same sectors as the participant businesses .  In addition, training programs also count on a number of collaborators who continually support the process. To learn more about some of them, see below.

Roseana Nogueira e Lilian Gouvêa (Amita)

Roseana is a sociologist, actress and therapist with training in the fields of group dynamics, bio-energy, holistic therapy, Reiki, and anthropology, among others. She is one of the leaders of Casa Antar Rohit, headquartered in Belém, which is dedicated to the creator of Em-Pacto and was founded after his death in 2007. Roseana teaches drama and provides development consulting services for corporations.

With a degree in Pedagogy, Amita specializes in group facilitation and bio-energy, among other related areas. She works as facilitator and consultant in human development, interpersonal skills, leadership training and entrepreneurship. She currently provides consulting services to SEBRAE and manages Casa Antar Rohit, where she practices bio-energy therapy and meditation.

Iris Yan

Iris has a degree in Mathematics and a Master degree in Applied Mathematics, both from UFRJ, and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Chicago (United States). From 2004 to 2008 she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she provided strategy consulting services for large corporations. In 2008, she established Birbal Consultoria Estratégica, her own consulting company, with a focus on the public and social sectors. She contributes with pro bono consulting services to several social organizations and is currently working with social businesses in Africa.

Iris partnered with Artemisia in 2008 and 2009 to develop business content for the organization’s training programs, as well as to provide strategic consulting for social businesses within Artemisia’s network.

Henrique Pistilli

Henrique has a degree in Business Administration from UFRJ. Since 2003, he has served as consultant- member at Instituto EcoSocial. Trained by ADIGO, he completed a comprehensive program in anthroposophy and a partial one in artistic therapy. Henrique has been working with design and the facilitation of development and change processes for the past 12 years, serving large companies and organizations both in Brazil and abroad. During this time, he worked for AIESEC, HLCA, Accenture and Organizações Globo, as well as participating actively in the founding of Pioneers of Change, Programa Germinar and Kaha Nalu school.

Since 2007 Henrique has served as an Artemisia partner  for the development of methodologies for the Creative Design for New Business Models program.

Vivianne Naigeborin

Vivianne works as a strategy and project consultant for social sector organizations such as Artemisia International, Museu da Pessoa and Vox Capital, among others.

From 2000 to 2007, she was the International Director for Latin American Integration and Strategic Partnerships of Ashoka Innovators for the Future. She also led the Ashoka-McKinsey partnership in over 10 countries, coordinating the Ashoka-McKinsey Social Entrepreneur Award – a business plan competition for social organizations launched in Brazil and later replicated in 7 countries. In addition, Vivianne coordinated the creation and release of several social sector publications, and serves as board member of Instituto Fonte, Instituto Elos and Tekoha, among other organizations. Before joining Ashoka, she worked for Fundação Gol de Letra, Fundação Fé e Alegria, Centro de Voluntariado de São Paulo and Lar do Caminho. She graduated in Dentistry at USP.

She has been a strategy and content consultant for Artemisia since 2007.
