Often dissatisfied with existing job market opportunities, they seek innovation and a career that combines both financial rewards and benefits to society.
Aware of that, Artemisia has established the Social Business University Club, which aims at inspiring, training and supporting university leaders in the development of initiatives that will foster social business entrepreneurship in a college environment.
Students who take part in the Club get to know social businesses, take part in learning experiences and work to overcome the challenges faced by real social business ventures. They can also develop specific initiatives focused on disseminating the social business field within their universities, with support from Artemisia to implement them.

Community Social Businesses is a pilot program jointly established with Aliança Empreendedora to develop learning methodologies that will increase the access of low-income people to social business knowledge and practice. Once tested and perfected, this methodology will be ready for replication to positively impact people facing similar challenges.
